Bär & Karrer Advised GetYourGuide on a EUR 114 Million Convertible Note Financing Round

GetYourGuide secures EUR 114 million convertible note financing. The financing round was led by Searchlight Capital and was joined by a consortium of GetYourGuide’s existing investors, including SoftBank Vision Fund, KKR, Battery Ventures, Highland Europe, Spark Capital, Lakestar, Heartcore Capital and NGP Capital, as well as the company’s own founding team and others. With this convertible note financing, GetYourGuide ensures that it is able to invest in strategic opportunities to cement its market-leading position and ignite post-pandemic travel demand.
