Max Speckert's practice focuses on banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, internal investigations and white-collar crime.

He advises banks, financial institutions, fintechs as well as other companies and individuals in regulatory, corporate and commercial law as well as transactional matters. Furthermore, he assists clients in large-scale internal investigations, especially with regard to regulatory enforcement-proceedings and cross-border white-collar crime matters before Swiss and foreign authorities (incl. U.S. authorities). He also specializes in corporate governance questions and advises clients on the development and implementation of compliance programs.
