Florian Schweighofer's practice focuses on public takeover law and listed companies. He advises clients on national and international M&A transactions as well as on general contract, corporate and capital markets law matters. In addition, he regularly publishes in his fields of work.

Florian Schweighofer graduated from the University of Zurich in 2019. Subsequently, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at a chair of commercial and business law. In 2023, he obtained his doctorate with an award-winning thesis in the field of corporate law and he was admitted to the bar the following year.
