Ferdinand Rombach advises Swiss and international clients on data protection, cybersecurity, and technology law, including cybercrime, the development and implementation of data strategies and privacy-related processes, with a focus on international data transfers and data disclosure requests.

He also advises banks, financial institutions, fintechs as well as other companies and individuals on regulatory, corporate, and commercial law as well as transactional matters and represents them before courts and other authorities. Furthermore, he assists companies in internal investigations, particularly related to regulatory enforcement proceedings and cross-border white collar matters.

Ferdinand Rombach is a member of the Bar Association Freiburg im Breisgau and is registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
