Léonard Lavanchy-Prack's practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents clients in contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, with a special emphasis on contract and insurance contract law. He represents clients in state court, arbitration and in front of domestic and foreign authorities. Léonard Lavanchy-Prack further assists clients with claim-management and the gathering, securing and evaluation of evidence. Furthermore, he is regularly involved in conducting corporate internal investigations.
