Michael Bänziger advises listed and non-listed companies, investors and financial institutions on corporate, capital markets, M&A, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He regularly advises on M&A transactions, including mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures, complex intra-group restructurings, relocations and corporate restructurings of financially distressed companies. His practice also covers capital markets, in particular equity capital markets. Apart from his transactional work, he provides ongoing corporate advice to companies listed in Switzerland and abroad.
