Bär & Karrer Advises TE Connectivity Switzerland on Completion of Cross-Border Merger into TE Connectivity Ireland

TE Connectivity announced the completion of the cross-border merger of TE Connectivity Ltd., a stock corporation organised under the laws of Switzerland listed on the NYSE, into TE Connectivity plc, a public limited company organised under the laws of the Republic of Ireland (NYSE: TEL).

The cross-border merger resulted in a change of the place of incorporation for the publicly traded parent company of the TE Group, moving it from Switzerland to Ireland.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss counsel to TE Connectivity.
