Bär & Karrer Advises China National Chemical Corporation on the Acquisition of KraussMaffei Group

The China National Chemical Corporation, one of China's largest chemical companies, has signed an agreement to purchase the KraussMaffei Group, a German manufacturer of machines for plastic part production. The transaction still has to be approved by the competent authorities.
