Bär & Karrer Advises Summa Equity on the Acquisition of NetGuardians

Summa Equity, a Stockholm-based private equity firm that invests in companies solving global challenges, has acquired NetGuardians, a Swiss-based company specialising in AI-driven fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions.

Bär & Karrer is the legal advisor to Summa Equity in this transaction. The team is co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler, and further includes Luzius Bill, Carlo Hunter, Andrea Ziswiler, Silvan Keiser and Dionis David Antony (all M&A), Mani Reinert and Tim Meyer (both Competition) , Pascal Hachem (Compliance), as well as Markus Wang and Christine Schweikard (both IP/IT).
