Bär & Karrer Advises Coatue in USD 10.7M Seed Round of DeepJudge

Bär & Karrer advised lead investor Coatue in an oversubscribed USD 10.7 million seed financing round for DeepJudge. The round also saw participation from several well-known angel investors.

DeepJudge, a Swiss-based startup specializing in AI for legal search, was founded by a team of AI researchers and former Google engineers.

Coatue, a renowned New York-based investment platform with a strong focus on technology companies, led the financing round.

The Bär & Karrer team advising Coatue was led by Raphael Annasohn (VC/M&A) and included Lukas Bründler and Julian Lindt (both VC/M&A), Luljeta Morina (Employment), Susanne Schreiber (Tax), and Christine Schweikard (IP/IT/Data Protection).
